After navigating the challenges of COVID, Tea embarked on a global journey as a flight attendant, exploring flavors from every corner of the world. Now, she brings her rich cultural heritage and worldly inspiration to Dallas, crafting unforgettable pastries and experiences.

With a lifetime steeped in Mediterranean traditions and a career as an Airline Captain, Andrew blends his Greek roots with a knack for hospitality. Retiring from the skies, he set his sights on Uptown Dallas, bringing the warmth and richness of Mediterranean cuisine to our community.
